The Orfit Colours NS (2mm, Sonic Silver, Micro Perforated) is a low-temperature thermoplastic splinting sheet from Orfit Industries, designed for the in-clinic fabrication of custom orthoses for hand, wrist, elbow, and other limb applications by occupational therapists and hand therapists. The 2mm Height with micro perforations balances strength and conformability while allowing skin ventilation, and the Sonic Silver colour-coded NS (non-stick) coating prevents the warmed material from adhering to itself or the patient's skin during moulding. Heat the sheet in 65–70°C water until pliable, mould directly to the patient, and trim and finish with standard splinting tools; The splint can be remoulded multiple times for adjustments.
