The Bactol Alcohol Gel is a waterless, antibacterial hand sanitiser formulated by Whiteley Medical with 70% v/v ethanol, the alcohol concentration recommended by the World Health Organization for maximum efficacy. The formula incorporates natural macadamia oil to replenish the skin's lipids stripped by alcohol, helping maintain skin integrity and prevent moisture loss with frequent use. Developed in compliance with the EN1500 standard for alcohol-based hand rubs, it provides rapid hand decontamination without the need for water. The 500mL pump bottle is designed for wall, bed, or bench mounting at the point of care.
