The combined chlorhexidine and surfactant action provides broad-spectrum bactericidal activity against gram-positive and gram-negative organisms, with residual antimicrobial effect on the skin for several hours after application. Each 50mL sachet provides a single-patient, single-use dose for pre-operative whole-body or targeted skin preparation, supporting infection control protocols and reducing the risk of surgical site infection.
