The Rolyan Shoulder Immobiliser (Medium, 36cm) is a fabric shoulder and arm immobiliser designed to support the upper limb in the position of function following shoulder dislocation, surgical repair, fracture, or other upper limb injury requiring restricted movement during healing. The immobiliser combines an arm sling with a chest strap to hold the arm against the body, preventing shoulder abduction and external rotation that could disrupt healing tissues. The medium size at 36cm fits the corresponding patient frame per the manufacturer's sizing chart.
