The Secura Moisturising Cream is a moisturising barrier cream from Smith & Nephew, designed to provide protection and hydration for dry, irritated, or fragile skin in patients at risk of skin breakdown, including elderly patients, those with incontinence, and those receiving long-term care. The non-greasy formulation absorbs quickly into the skin while leaving a moisturising layer that supports the skin barrier, suitable for use on intact skin including periwound and periostomy areas. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin; Reapply as required. Supplied as a 184g (192mL) bottle for individual patient or facility use; For external use only.
