Darco All Purpose Boot

The Darco All Purpose Boot is a post-operative and therapeutic recovery boot from Darco International designed to provide closed-toe protection for the foot during post-surgical healing, diabetic foot ulcer management, severe oedema, lymphoedema, and accommodation of bulky dressings or fibreglass casts. The relaxed rocker sole reduces plantar pressure under the forefoot and heel by over 25%, while a unique metatarsal shank under the metatarsophalangeal joints adds rigidity to off-load wounds beneath the forefoot. A square-toe bumper design protects toes (including those with K-wires in place), an ankle strap minimises heel slippage, the removable forefoot closure eliminates buckle pressure, and the removable insole provides twice the padding of standard insoles and is compatible with the Darco Peg-Assist customisable off-loading insole.
